"Honestly felt emotional first time using the hot hugger. I have adenomyosis and endometriosis and suffer quite badly with cramps which aren’t helped by any pain relief medication, but usually I just stuff a hot water bottle into my trackies and hope for the best. The hot hugger is perfect for targeting the cramps. The thing I love the most about the hot hugger is that it isn’t visible under a jumper so I can have an almost normal day in the office. • Wash at 30°C max in the washing machine. On gentle wash/permanent press. Use very mild detergent.
